Our comprehensive ecosystem of programs empower emerging leaders to discover purpose, lead with confidence, and transform their world.

The Discover: Identity Project is a transformative development experience that helps young adults uncover who they are, what they’re capable of, and how they can positively impact the world around them. Participants engage in core learning modules focused on identity, self-awareness, mindset, communication, and vision, gaining the foundational skills to lead themselves well before leading others.

Along the journey, participants have the ability to opt in to mentorship and coaching from professionals and entrepreneurs who offer real-world guidance, inspiration, and practical wisdom.

Outcome: Confidence, clarity, and direction to make meaningful choices about their education, career, relationships, and future.

The Lead: The Influence Lab is a hands-on leadership development experience designed to help young adults learn how to influence the world around them. Participants explore what authentic leadership looks like—this is not just titles or positions, but the ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, make decisions, and inspire others.

Through interactive modules, mentorship, and real-world application, participants build leadership skills that apply at school, work, business, and in their communities. Every participant contributes to a leadership project or community initiative, allowing them to practice influence in action and see the impact they are capable of making.

Outcome: Leadership readiness, real project experience, and the skills to influence their world in a positive way.

The Transform: Impact Academy is the advanced leadership and purpose activation experience within CrownPath. This program is designed for young adults who are ready to move from growth to action—from learning about leadership to living it out in the real world.

Participants apply the identity, mindset, and leadership skills they’ve developed to design, launch, or support an initiative that solves a real problem in their school, community, workplace, or entrepreneurial path. Participants learn to think strategically, collaborate effectively, manage projects, and communicate their ideas with influence.

Outcome: Practical leadership experience, a completed impact project, and the ability to lead well in the real world. They don’t just learn leadership. They become the leader.

Pathfinder CORE - Inaugural Cohort - Limited spots available- Enroll now!

The Inaugural Cohort marks the launch of Pathfinder CORE, an immersive 16-week experience created to empower emerging leaders. Participants will receive direct mentorship, structured learning, and a community committed to their growth. Upcoming Program Offerings

Scholars Network

The Scholars Network is CrownPath’s educational and career advancement arm, designed to support young adults in taking their next step toward college, skilled trades, entrepreneurship training, or professional certification. We believe that opportunity should not be limited by financial barriers, so we invest in emerging leaders who are committed to personal growth, community impact, and purposeful leadership.

Through the CrownPath Scholars Fund, participants can apply for small to mid-size scholarships to support tuition, books, supplies, training programs, or certification courses. Scholarships are awarded to students who demonstrate leadership, character, commitment, and community involvement, as modeled through their participation in CrownPath programs.

Venture

Venture is a micro-grant program designed to help young entrepreneurs turn ideas into real, sustainable businesses. Through the CrownPath Entrepreneurship Track, participants learn how to develop a business concept, validate their market, build a brand strategy, and present a clear and actionable business plan. Participants then have the opportunity to pitch their ideas for seed funding to launch or expand their venture.

Micro-grants are awarded to participants who complete the entrepreneurship curriculum and demonstrate a viable business model, commitment, and readiness. Grantees also receive mentorship and strategic guidance to support successful execution and growth.

CrownLife

CrownLife is a guided life foundations experience that helps participants strengthen the habits, mindset, and real-world skills needed to thrive personally, professionally, and emotionally. Participants learn practical tools for financial stewardship, time management, communication, boundaries, and career development, all while receiving coaching and accountability support inside the CrownPath community.

Community Membership

The CrownPath Membership Community is the ongoing support space where growth continues, confidence is strengthened, and leadership is lived out in real time. Members meet weekly for live sessions, group coaching, personal development workshops, and peer accountability, ensuring they are continually supported on their journey toward purpose, maturity, and meaningful impact.
