The CrownPath Foundation is a nonprofit organization founded in 2024, with a goal to meet a powerful but often unmet need for young adults: a need for guidance, confidence, identity clarity, and leadership development during the most pivotal years of life.

Too many young adults step into adulthood without the basic resources and support to navigate their life, education, and career, never realizing their full potential and calling. CrownPath exists to change that story.

Born from lived experience, leadership expertise, and a deep conviction that we all need someone to walk alongside us in this journey called life, our mission is to equip young adults with the identity, leadership, life skills, and resources needed to walk in purpose, build stability, and create lasting impact in their lives and communities.

Our Founder
A passionate identity and leadership development strategist and bridge-builder, grounded in over a decade of experience across the talent lifecycle, including recruitment and the design and leadership of development initiatives. Across corporate, educational, and community settings, Evaughn consistently observed the same challenge: high-potential individuals with talent and drive, but without the guidance, access, or foundational structure needed to thrive. In response, she created CrownPath, an ecosystem of programs designed to cultivate identity clarity, leadership confidence, practical life and career skills, mentorship, and financial empowerment.
