CrownPathways is a leadership and life-development ecosystem for young adults (18–24) focused on identity, leadership, stability, and long-term impact. Our programs help participants discover who they are, lead with intention and confidence, and transform their communities.

 

Who is CrownPathways for?

CrownPathways serves motivated young adults who are navigating transition points in life, education, career, or independence and are ready to grow personally and professionally.

Are CrownPathways Programs free?

Many offerings are free, while others may include program fees. Financial assistance may be available based on need and funding availability.

 

Are programs virtual or in-person?

All programs are currently virtual, with plans to expand in-person and hybrid experiences in the future.

Pathfinder CORE

What is Pathfinder CORE?

Pathfinder CORE is CrownPathways’ foundational leadership journey. It’s a cohort-based program focused on identity discovery, leadership development, decision-making, communication, and personal agency.

 

How long is Pathfinder CORE?

Pathfinder CORE is a 16-week virtual program that includes guided learning, live sessions, and applied activities.

 

What will I gain from Pathfinder CORE?

Participants gain clarity around identity and values, strengthen leadership and communication skills, and develop confidence to navigate career, education, and life decisions.

 

Is Pathfinder CORE selective?

Yes. Pathfinder CORE is application-based to ensure participants are ready to engage in growth-focused, collaborative learning.

 

Scholars Network

What is the Scholars Network?

The Scholars Network provides education and growth-related support for participants pursuing college, certifications, training programs, or personal development opportunities.

 

Does the Scholars Network offer scholarships?

Support may include partial scholarships or stipends, depending on funding availability and eligibility. Awards are need-based and not guaranteed.

 

Who is eligible?

Eligibility is generally limited to active or alumni CrownPathways participants who demonstrate commitment and need.

 

Venture

What is Venture?

Venture supports participants interested in entrepreneurship, business ideas, or income-generating initiatives by providing early-stage guidance, skill-building, and resource access.

 

Do I need a business to join Venture?

No. Venture is designed for those exploring ideas or refining early-stage concepts.

 

Does Venture provide funding?

Limited micro-grants or seed funding opportunities may be available as the program grows, but funding is not guaranteed.

 

CrownLife

What is CrownLife?

CrownLife helps participants develop the stability skills that unlock long-term success. This pathway combines life foundations training, mentorship-based coaching, and resource navigation.

 

What's included in CrownLife?

• Life Foundations training (structured life skills lessons)

• Mentorship + coaching support (group-based guidance and accountability)

• Resource navigation (access to curated resources, referrals, and opportunity pathways)

 

Is CrownLife therapy or counseling?

No. CrownLife is a coaching and life skills development experience. It is not clinical therapy, mental health counseling, or medical support.

Does CrownLife provide financial assistance?

CrownPath no longer provides financial assistance at this time. CrownLife is focused on development, coaching, and resource navigation to help participants build long-term stability and direction. CrownPath may offer additional support in the future.

What does “resource navigation” mean?

Resource navigation means CrownPath may help participants by providing:

• referrals to trusted community resources

• guidance on next steps

• opportunity pathways (education, career, support services, etc.)

• tools for applying and planning

Does CrownLife provide legal, financial, or housing advice?

No. Participants are encouraged to seek independent professional guidance, as needed.

 

Membership Community

What is the Membership Community?

The Membership Community offers ongoing learning, connection, and support through content, group sessions, mentorship opportunities, and peer engagement.

 

Do I need to be in a program to join?

Some membership options are open broadly, while others are reserved for active participants or program alumni.

 

Is the Membership Community a replacement for programs?

No. Programs provide structured learning experiences, while the Membership Community offers ongoing connection and continuity.
